Our small size allows for a more informal, relaxed and homely environment where everything is so much more personable and friendly.
We currently provide a service for up to 17 residents. We have 13 unique rooms in total; 9 single rooms as well as 4 double rooms for couples or friends to share. Normally however, these are occupied singularly. 4 rooms are on the ground floor. 8 of our rooms have an en-suite toilet and basin, 2 rooms have vanity units with a bathroom close by. 1 room has its own en-suite bathroom with a hip bath.
We provide ample communal space for our residents through a well-designed lounge separated into 2 separate areas, and an elegant dining room. We also have small well- maintained gardens to the front, side and rear of the Home including a raised flower bed that our residents like to use in the warmer months. These communal areas are accessible to all service users, including those in wheelchairs.
There is a passenger lift between the ground and first floor.
We have 1 assisted bath & plans to convert the 2nd bathroom to a shower room.
Visitors may join residents in their own rooms, the lounge, annex lounge or garden. Family or friends are welcome to visit at anytime including joining our residents for lunch in the dining room or garden where place settings allow. All visitors must sign in. The signing in book can be found by the front door.
